It can take months, and even years, to see the real child. On the other hand, this could be a resilient child who doesn't present a lot of issues. Talk to everyone involved with him - past caseworkers, teachers. Even then, you may just never know,.

Everyone, thank you so much for your nice comments! The babies really weren't bad, it's just that Kee was fussy and Athena was running around like a wild animal after being in the car for 45 minutes. Overall they probably did better than expected but it was still quite a project!
